About 2020 Knowsley

2020 Knowsley is a joint venture partnership between Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council and 2020 Liverpool. The joint venture company was formed on 1st April 2005 to deliver professional architectural, landscape and engineering design services to the council and other clients.

2020 Knowsley’s private sector partner is 2020 Liverpool, itself a joint venture company whose private sector partner is Mouchel.

The name 2020 refers to our aspirational vision for the partnership, and also symbolises our long term commitment. 2020 Liverpool aspires to be an example of public-private sector partnership that others will want to copy
